Shear end welder

Typical uses of our butt welder are on the welded pipes and cold-formed steel sections production line for improved productivity, weld quality and reduced workload. Controlled by a microcomputer, the shearing machine is a hydraulically powered unit that utilizes a gas welding process to joins two steel coils together. Easy set-up, convenient use, and reliable, accurate movement are three major advantages of this shear end welder. Main parts making up this machine include the bodywork, pinch-roll, shear, weld clamp, butt-welder, hydraulic and electrical system.
