(1) Feeding car
It is mainly used to position the coil set on the reel of the uncoiler, which is mainly composed of a hydraulic lifting rack and a motorized walking disc.
(2) Uncoiler
It is mainly used to unwind and discharge material, or to recycle material.
(3) Straight feed device
Mainly used for straight material heads, the sheet material was introduced into the coarse school.
(4) Traction roughing machine
Mainly used for flat sheet material, so that it can be slit, while dragging the decoiling machine to run, it is mainly composed of traction roller and leveling roller.
(5) Head shears
Mainly used to cut off the irregular sheet head, or cut off the sheet material, is driven by hydraulic pressure, cut from top to bottom.
(6) Corrective Feeding Device
Is mainly used to guide the direction of the sheet to prevent the sheet material from appearing deviation phenomenon, it is mainly composed of the guide roller, the moving carriage, the screw rail and the adjustment hand wheel and so on.
(7) Waste edge winder
It is mainly used to collect the scraped edge, which is composed of a winding reel, a frame and a transmission system.
(8) Tensioner
It is mainly used to apply a positive pressure to the slats, so that it produces a winding tension so as to be able to tighten the sheets.
